Evergreen Strategies (“we”) runs evergreen-strategies.com and the software tools we provide to our clients, including Social Capture. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Signing in to our tools. When you sign in to Social Capture, we receive your name and email address from the sign-in method you choose. We use your email address only to confirm you belong to a client workspace and to show you that workspace. We do not receive or store your password.

Public social media data. Social Capture collects publicly available posts, engagement counts, public comments and public political ads from the social media accounts of public figures and organizations that our clients follow. We do not collect private messages, private accounts or data about the people viewing those posts.

How we use information. We use information to provide, secure and improve our services for our clients. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers. We rely on trusted providers to run our services, including data providers that supply public social media and ad information. They may process information only to provide their services to us.

Cookies. Our tools use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your settings, such as your chosen workspace and display theme. We do not use advertising cookies in our tools.

Retention and security. We keep account information while you have access to a client workspace, and public social media data for as long as the client’s project needs it. Access to our tools is restricted to people a client has approved, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your choices. You can ask us to remove your access or delete your account information at any time.
